AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES OR LOCK OUTS
Making maintenance requests for your home is easy at the Northward Building. Maintenance requests are classified as EMERGENCY or ROUTINE. Emergency requests and lock outs may be called in 24 hours a day, seven days a week (Please DO NOT email emergency requests). Routine requests may be called in between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday or can be emailed at any time.
Response time is within one hour. Completion time is within 24 hours and includes requirements, which constitute an immediate danger, a health hazard, or a threat of damage to the property. For Police and Fire emergencies, please dial 911.
